Student Performance Assessment

The student’s role in the classroom involves many behavioral expectations in order for the student to function successfully. The Student Performance Assessment is a protocol designed for the classroom teacher that operationalizes classroom expectations in a format that enables the teacher to identify prerequisite skills under special categories of expectation for classroom performance. The assessment procedure enables educational professionals to develop baselines for individual students, rate skills, and monitor their performance over time. Survey Form: The Learning Clinic Pragmatic Skills Survey

This survey was developed to assess the level of pragmatic skill functioning for Asperger and High Functioning Autistic students in order to establish objectives and monitor changes over time. The TLC Transition & Independent Living Skill Assessment (TILSA) is designed to be useful to parents, professionals, and paraprofessionals who are involved with the care and treatment of children and youth who demonstrate deficits in transition and independent living skills. The assessment data may be used to establish treatment objectives that are observable, modifiable, and measurable.
